tortillas stuffed with cheese and fresh pasta gratin





An ideal dish appetizer, simple but resultón and often we tend to eat some things the same way, as the case of tortillas, but omelette, potatoes, the invention never goes further.
The enriching aspect of sharing our recipes is precisely that, see new recipes, other ideas, different ways of eating some ingredients, working different ...

The original recipe of what I bring today is Karlos Arguiñano, although I've changed a bit. And courtesy of Espuña , we have taste the delicious ham, and a few days ago I was fortunate to receive a Loter of their products for testing.


Serves 4 tortillas

- 4 eggs
- a wedge of soft cheese
- 4 slices of cured ham Espuña
- Emmentaler cheese
- salt, oil, chopped parsley
-
pepper jam

Development

First we'll do the 4 individual tortillas, whisk an egg in a bowl, add salt and chopped parsley, we make them in a nonstick skillet and reserve. Once we have the 4 tortillas, cut strips of soft cheese of about 2cm thick and rolled tortillas with cheese, now we wind turn the tables on a slice of ham and have a useful source for the oven. We do this step with 4 tortillas, sprinkle with Emmental cheese and casseroles in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until we see that the cheese melts.

Serve with red pepper marmalade.




NOTES: tortillas can be filled what you wanted, ham and cheese, chicken, any kind of cheese .. . The accompaniment may also vary, you can make on a creamy froth of vegetables, red peppers sauce, mashed potatoes, etc.
