We
to cook our pasta in a pan of boiling water, salt and a little oil and the pasta is cooked in about 4 minutes. Take it off and drain them well, too much water in the pasta dish we can tease.

Dressing

I chose a soft dressing, to taste the pasta was not masked by any other ingredients as the star of the dish is pasta . The idea I saw a Lore, the modified my style and was very rich.

NOTES: disponéis If pasta machine, you can stretch the roll, no problems, but the machine makes work much easier.
