Ants Profiler Extend Trial Period

* PRINT PEAR AND PINEAPPLE WITH GREEK yogurt







INGREDIENTS.

2 large pears 3 Greek yogurt

100 gr.de sugar 200 ml.
water 4 sheets of gelatin
4 slices of pineapple and honey syrup


colored confetti
DEVELOPMENT.
Peel and chop pears into small pieces, soak gelatin in cold water, mix sugar with water and put the fire and make a loose syrup, drain and mix the gelatin with the syrup, pour over the pears cut and grind all in a blender, add yogurt and beat together to unite all good, put the mixture in the refrigerator and put bolw 2 hours unmold and garnish with slices of pineapple, honey diluted in pineapple and syrup sprinkle with colored confetti.

INGREDIENTS: 3 egg yolks

75 gr.
sugar 500 ml.
milk 60 gr.
flour lemon peel


cinnamon PREPARATION:
Beat the yolks with the sugar, add the mixture cold milk gradually add the flour stirring well beat until mixture homegenea, add the lemon peel grated cinnamon and a little stir introduced in the microwave on high 5 minutes stirring well and we get introduced in the microwave at the same power for 5 minutes

NOTE: This custard is super quick to make, very rich and comes out great when you need a fill quickly, we can have it prepared and frozen to keep it handy.
