Ingredients (4 people)
- 4 potatoes

Development
in a pan with a little oil and sauté onion until golden, Andimo cut mushrooms into small pieces, and ground beef, pre-seasoned. We let saute for about 5 minutes or until we see that the meat is done, now incorporated the white wine and let evaporate.

We serve with the sauce that you like, in my case it was a homemade aioli.
NOTES: can insert layers of potatoes and meat, making a sort of Napoleon, or if you prefer as an individual. You can also include a soft layer of white sauce and then cheese gratin. Mushrooms and onions are optional, you can change it for example diced ham, add vegetables, etc. supports everything you want.
