My favorite is the black chocolate and milk. But it was the birthday of my friend Nuria and she loves white chocolate so it was worth the time and regaled with a box of chocolate truffles white. The recipe is the same as the mascarpone truffles, but using white chocolate for the dough and grated white chocolate batter, you could also use black chocolate or coconut if you prefer.
